A picture of my Osculina sps coral
Heres a picture I took tonight of my Osculina coral. It was a coral that I got with my Tampa Bay liverock. Its doing very well at the bottem under a 150watt 10,000K and 2 65watt actinic PCs. I plan on changing my 10,000k bulb to a Phoenix 14,000K this week. The 10ks have a little yellow which I dont like..

Sweet, that thing is awesome! I'm a little envious right now, never seen it before. I can't find any info on Osculina, I need the JEN Veron books, looks similar to Solenastrea. Good find!

You can't find Osculina because there is an extra letter thrown in there. The name is Oculina.

Yeah, I was looking for Osculina and couldn't find anything, but when I looked up Solenastrea it said it was similar to Oculina, thanks. I would like some, for sure.

Nice hitchhiker. I really love my Tampa Bay Rock as well - lot's of cools stuff continues to appear now 3 months into introduction - however, I did find and capture a 2nd Mantis shrimp yesterday (I like your hitchhiker more than my little buggers - Congrats).

I'm not an expert, but I think you've got a specimen of Oculina robusta.
