Anyone know how close to the top you can drill a hole in the back of an acrylic tank?
I know glass has a limit, does acrylic? Thank you

shouldn't be a problem even right at the top. Does it have a brace welded to the top edge? If so, no reason you can't go right up to it. If it doesn't, you might have a small chance of breaking out the top edge of the circle if you banged it or something. Maybe post in the DIY forum just to be safe, but I can't imagine why you couldn't drill right at the top.

Hi Noahm, Yes, It has the typical euro brace type rim around it with 3 square openings.
It's 7x2x2. I've heard you could do what you say, I'm just trying to make sure by asking you wonderful RC people. Thanks for helping. Love Oregon I would think as long as the bulkhead fits it's fine? |
