Talking Rbta

I've always wanted a Rose bubble tip anemone, so my husband bought me one Monday. It was bought attached to a small rock from the LFS. Within a few hours of placing it in my tank, it moved to a more desirable location--Right on top of my Xenia colony about 6 inches away!

I figured this couldn't be good...My xenia started closing up and the polyps were turning dark, so I decided to try to move the anemone by aiming a small powerhead at it. It didn't budge!

This morning when I woke up to check it, the anemone split!

So I guess it is staying where it is! But on the bright side, the RBTA paid for the Xenia it destroyed by splitting into 2~ LOL...
