tech issue: Reef fanatics ATO Sensor 1 not being recognized

before you come in trying to bash. i have tried to contact reef fanatics but have not received an email back.

i was just seeing if anyone else out there had information or the same issue that was resolved.

i have tried 3 different sensors and all three sensors are recognized by sensor 2.
