Bulb Mixture
I have a 46gal bowfront tank with a pair of 4x39w T5HO fixtures and I am looking for a good mixture of bulbs for a SPS dominated reef. I want a mixture that is going to give me good growth as well as great looks. I have been running this setup with 4 10k bulbs and 460nm actinic bulbs in the typical fashion for a fixture (2 actinics in the back and 2 daylights in the front on each fixture) but would like to setup it a bit better than this.

What kelvin rating do you want to acheive?
There are a lot of nice bulb choices. For example: ATI Blue + give very good PAR and a nice blue color. |

I'm looking to get somewhere around an overall 14000K rating on the tank.
