Need help neptune aquacontroller apex setup

I've been trying all day to setup my moonlight on output 1. The manual doesnt help much. I bought this unit this morning.
This is how I want it
Output 1 - Moonlight 9:50pm on - 10:30am off
Output 2 - PC Light 10:00am on - 10:00pm off
Output 3 - Center MH 11:00am on - 8:00pm off
Output 5 - L & R MH 11:30am on - 8:30pm off

Output 6 - L Powerhead
Output 7 - C Powerhead
Output 8 - R powerhead

any walk through would help, thanks
