Just another thought, is the DI cartridge installed correctly? With the Arrow pointing up with the black washer at the top?
Definately tough, as iamwrasseman said, diag'n without a diagram. What make and model is the unit? As for the restrictor, it's recommended to replace it when you replace the membrane. It's rare that they will clog, but why take a chance. And when you do replace it, it needs to be trimmed to the correct length depending on what gpd membrane you have installed.

On the parts list it shows a check valve and flow restrictor. I looked through diagrams, hard to tell where the parts are. The part with 4 lines going into it (auto shut off valve?), is this serviceable (can it be taken apart)? If yes, then take it apart and make sure there is no crude in there. I can't see where there is a flow restrictor. On other RO units it is usually in the end of the tubing. It looks something like this one: http://www.melevsreef.com/pics/rodi/...estrictors.jpg Your TDS before replacing all your filters was high from what I read in the original post, and the same after replacing them. Somewhere in the system, "tap water" is getting past and into your product water. So, unfortunately, you may have replaced the filters without need. (not a bad thing, always good to have new ones). The next area I would start looking at is anywhere that the tap and product water may come in contact, which may be the fitting with the 4 lines plugged into it.

the auto shutoff unit could be removed if you are not using it or of pressure is not high enough for it to function properly . also does it have a flush kit on it ? if so the large cylindrical unit that the water would have to run through if that valve is shut off is your re stricter .really need a picture to see for sure and then the pictures must be so we can see where the plumbing is routed .
