Color spectrum for FOWLR

Hi. I could use some help picking the best bulbs to put in my sister's FOWLR tank. She needs to replace the bulbs for an older Marineland Eclipse 37 gallon tank.

The lighting allows for 2 x 18 watt T-8 bulbs. The tank currently houses 2 percula clowns, a flame angel, a lined wrasse and a number of astrea snails and hermit crabs for a clean up crew.

I've found 10,000, 6500 and 50/50 bulbs available that are 24" and 17 or 18 watts. She hopes to get the best light to enhance the color of the fish as well as to support the live rock.

Any suggestions as to which might be the best?

Thanks,

Mark
