tiny white dots on my tank

there these pentip size white dots on my tank, hole bunch of them

sorry i dont have a photo but does anyone know what this is?

they have the shape of a starfish

most likely baby pods, get a magnifine glass and see, i get them on mine all the time

Either that or medusoid jellyfish. These look like white dots with little arms, almost clear. They don't hurt anything, and go away on their own.

+1 to what ^^^^ said. Also, if you are dosing ca or alk, it could be deposites.
