Will this t5 ho light be good for softies in my 75g?

My tank has a false back overflow/sump, so its about as wide as a 55g, but 2" taller
I have the 48" 108w total one

yes that will be enough for softies especially towards the top.

yep sofities dont require any where near as much light as sps
