Talking lmao! my skunk cleaner just tryed to clean my cat!

now that its cold my cat is obsessed with sleepin on my nova exteme pro fixture. ive tried to keep her off but its not goin to happen. but apperhently my shrimps decided they dont want her up there. she fell asleep and her tail touched the water, without her noticing(not the sharpest tool in the shed).
i look over and the shrimps shoot over and start pulling her hair, never seen my cat move so fast.

Lol, that's great! Hopefully she will get over sleeping on your tank. At least she wasn't fishing in there!

If you take a door mat (or anything with a prickly backside) and turn it upside down (pricks up) and lay it on the light the cat won't sleep there. You will need to leave it in place for a few days but eventually they will leave the light alone. Done this many times to keep the cats off of things I didn't want them on.

oh i forgot about another good one. my cat(same one) used to drink out of my hairy blenny(mean fish!) tank when it used to be on my bar. one day the fish thought her tounge was a pellet, and nailed her. another classic

I know that cats like to sleep on warm stuff, but the nova light fixture I thought would be too hot for comfort.

My St. Bernard sits and watches my tank all the time...never has tried to bother anything in this tank...but I did catch him a couple of time drinking out of my sump when I had a display fuge for my last tank that sit in the floor next to the tank.
