Buying a used 72' Aquactinics Constellation w/ extra bulbs

So I'm purchasing a 155g bow front tank off a guy from craigslist and he is also selling his 72' Aquactinics Constellation along with it. He is also throwing in extra bulbs with it but, wants a extra 600 bucks for the fixture and extra bulbs. I was wondering if that seems to be a good deal. I've seen it and is in great working condition. He had mentioned these bad boys go for 1500.00 new. Oh and he is including the hanging kit and timers along with it. So as a part of my first post to this site I was wondering if this seems to be like a good deal. He says it is but of course he is when he is the one selling it lol. Thanks for the input all is appreciated.
