How to dust DT rock? A little spring cleaning.
I all,
I have recently set up my new 150 reef. It's finally up and running and my new Red Sea Sailfin is loving it. Now, I set up my refuge and added Miracle Mud. When I did, not all of it settled, so some of fuge water made my tank a little cloudy. How do I clean what has settled on my rocks. I plan on switching to a 100 micron filter sock instead of a 200 so I can polish the water of all of the Miracle Mud dust. Do I even need to worry about it? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks, Mike |

A turkey baster works well. Also a small spare powerhead with some clear tubing attached helps.
