reeflo orca 250 help
ok so i just hooked up everything in my new tank and fired up my reeflo 250.to my disappointment there isnt anything happening as far as skimmate.i cant seem to figure out the best way to dial this thing in.the tank is a 280 gallon tank with dried rock and about 250 pounds of sand so i thought for sure this skimmer would be screaming with foam.the bubbles wont come past the flange unless i close the return more and thats just really fine bubbles.nothing big at all like normal foam.can someone please tell me whats going on and if its just needing to get a film built up in it.i bought it used so i figured the break in would have been done on it.like i said this tank is all new the rock sat for a while before putting it in.i know someone can help me with the settings and whats going on.thanks

I wouldn't worry. The Orca can take a couple weeks to break in. Keep it at the lowest water level right now because once it does break in the water level will rise quickly.
