Help with Aquatec 8800 booster pump
I have got this thing setup with the auto-off pressure switch. The switch only has one way of being connected. The pump runs when there is no pressure and turns off when there is pressure. What's going on here?

Where is the pressure switch installed? Does your setup look like this?
Also, depending on how full your DI cartridge is, it may take time for it to fill with water after your float valve in your reservoir is shut. IME, the pump will not stop until the cartridges are full. Last edited by beatle; 04/02/2011 at 05:01 PM. |

Reverse the wire contacts where they connect to the auto-off pressure switch. That will reverse the operation to how you need it.
