What to do next? Please advice.

Okay, I have a 65g that I believe has finished cycling. It's about 3 weeks and 3 days old --- Salinity is 1.024, PH is 8, dKH is about 7, Ammonia is 0, Nitrite is 0, Nitrate is about 5 or 10. I'm seeing dusting of diatoms in abut 1/4 of the tank (along the sand, rocks, powerhead, walls). I definitely want to do things the right way this time, I have a 40g now and I believe I rushed things there that's why I had lots of problems.

So, what should I do next? I want to start transferring my LPS and SPS and fish from my old tank to the new one. Is this advisable or what else should I do? Thanks.

Did you see a rise in ammonia during the cycle?
Did the rocks come from your old system?

You're going to have to add your fish slowly so you don't overwhelm the biological bacteria. It needs time to adjust to the new bioload. I wouldn't add more than one fish per week or so. The corals will be fine to add.

dkh needs to come up a shade. 8.3 is good. Do a water change of 10%, and get a few snails and micro hermits. Gradually enlarge the cleanup crew (their poo helps break in the sandbed) and start your first fish in quarantine: read the sticky on quarantine above. 4 weeks for the qt and for the cleanup crew to work on that tank and you'll be well-begun.

Salinity 1.024-6; alkalinity 8.3-9.3 on KH scale; calcium 420; magnesium 1300, temp 78-80, nitrate .2. Ammonia 0. No filters: lps tank. Alk and cal won't rise if mg is low.

Current Tank Info: 105g AquaVim wedge, yellow tang, sailfin blenny, royal gramma, ocellaris clown pair, yellow watchman, 100 microceriths, 25 tiny hermits, a 4" conch, 1" nassarius, recovering from 2 year hiatus with daily water change of 10%.
