sabae anemone deflated

in the past hour or so my sabae anemone has severely deflated from his normal 10"+ diameter to about 2"

is this something normal or should I be concerned?

once in a great while mine will too . i read that some people have ones that do it every day , or even multiple times per day . i dont think you have anything to worry about but if it doesnt puff up again soon you may want to check so perimeters ...

As long as water chem is in check it is 100% normal. They deflate to poop and to clear out the old water in their system. It should then slowly inflate over the next few hours back to its glorious old self!
