Does RKL retain settings after a power lost?

I was told my utility provider that there will be a brief outage for about ~5 minutes in the nest few days. Does anyone know if RKL will retain settings after a power lost? Not sure if this matters but my RKL is running a few version of firmwares behind.

Everything except the display screen. It'll show "none", but all you have to do is scroll to what you had displayed. No programming is lost
