Anyone using leds from reefledlights.com

Me and my buddy did one of there diy kits. I was looking at there cree's and since he's using like 22x2 leds wouldn't he put down more par then the ai sol's or radions? I have seen some of the threads where people are showing the radion par and it looks great, when we tested our is was pretty low. Is there something i'm missing?

I use their leds but wasn't impressed with their 80* optics, went with optics from rapid and am much happier.
