Thursday night I bought a used Aqua Medic Turboflotor 1000 Multi from a local club member. I saw it in operation at his house with zero problems.
Now that its running in my system its dumping a stupid amount of bubbles into my sump. Ive tried all different lengths of tubing between the pump and the inlet on the skimmer with no change and adjusted the two water level knobs. Ive tried in and out of sump. I pulled the pump apart three times to make sure everything was clean. Any ideas?

What did you use as the spacer? Appears to be the same problem I am having.

I'd bet the venturi is clogged. Check the stem where the air intake connects to the pump. Make sure ther is no obstruction, debris, etc. you can heat up a cup of RO in a microwave and then put the tube into the hot water to suck the wate through the venturi and pump, obviously with it all connected and running. Bet that solves it for you.

I drilled out the air fed pipe on mine, also replaced the air tubing with a larger diameter. Mesh modding the pump on these also makes a big difference.
Also check you dirty water feed pump isn't too large I was gravity feeding mine but had a tap on it so I could control the water going into the skimmer. I also removed the two black water level taps, they are more hassle than they are worth, so long as you are feeding the water in at the correct rate (from memory about 600lph) you don't need them. I got an email back from Aqua Medic. They said that the unit comes with 2 sizes of intake reducers; the wider opening one is blue and the reduced opening one is black. I had the blue one in. I switched it out with the black one and it has helped the issue quite a bit. Will give it 24 hours with periodic emtpying of the cup to see if it solves it.
