Best Ro/DI filter
I have 30 gal tank and I do small water changes every day and I currently buy my ro/DI water from lfs. I'm looking buy my own filter, what's the best or rec filter and how many stages?

There are many good ones out there. BulkReef Supply, Spectrapure, Buckeye Field supply. Depending on where you are in socal, I don't think you need a chloromine filter but you should check with your water company to make sure.
I use a 4 stage unit. Sediment -> Carbon Block -> Membrane -> Di Resin. Also make sure you get some type of TDS meter so that you can tell when your DI resin is exhausted.

They all assemble the same components from the same manufacturers, with some speciality products, in different configurations. SpectraPure offers tested membranes and more DI resin choices.

i run the BRS 75 gpd plus. i love it. shipped on time and was pretty much plug and play. i didnt even have to put anything together just screwed it into my sink and started filtering. Also MAKE SURE what ever unit you go with has a name brand membrane (FILMTECH) is what a lot of people look for in the ro/di units.
