what is this please

I am cycling my tank and this formed around my dead piece of shrimp.
what is it?
what do I do with it?

Leave it, it's waste biproduct from the bacterial growth.

Is this a skin or what. Kind of interesting. How dose it form a bubble.

It's just a blob of slime produced by the bacteria that's consuming the shrimp. I don't know the details on how its formed but it will dissipate in time on its own.

Good enough for me should I leave it for the cleanup crew or remove it before I add them.
