Please identify these various things in my cycling tank

My tank is just over 4 weeks old and is cycling. These things in my tank are starting to take over and I have a feeling not all are so good...

These worm things are all over my rock. They are just stuck to it and seen to look fatter at the tip of the worm. they have tiny little hairs all over them.

This stuffs all over my sand. It looks like very tiny reddy/brown balls.

This stuff is stuck to my glass. Looks kind of like fine grass. its starting to spread pretty quick

And last but not least is this hairy, spiderweb type stuff on my rock

The first picture is of a digitate hydroid. (harmless IMO) I'm not really seeing anything out of the ordinary in the second picture. (diatoms perhaps?) Pictures 3 and 4 could possibly be hair algae. (bad) I'm not sure about the last two photos.
