Noob tank build

I thought I would post some pics of my on going setup. My tank is a 120g tank, with a built in overflow. Sump tank is a 40g with three compartments for a protein skimmer in the first, refuge in the second, and return compartment in the third.

From the pics you will notice that I added a few extra bits of plumbing to make life easier when doing water changes. The three black shut off valves, along with the red return valve allow me to isolate the DT from the ST and I've installed a hose bib that i can attach a pump to fill and empty the ST with ease. I think because of the way I plumbed it I might even be able to bring water to the bottom of the refuge also.

So far I have just begun the cycle using 40lbs of live rock, and the white ones weigh 20lbs. The Salinity level is 1.023. So far two hydra power heads, if i remember right one is 1400gph and the other is a 750gph. I also have 150w heaters.

Any tips or advise is welcome. Hope you enjoy. Ill post more when there is more to post! Thanks for all the help guys!
