What is this live rock hitch hiker?

I have had my tank set up for 3 days and have seen about 5 of these so far. I read the sticky but couldn't seem to ID it myself. Is this bad and should I worry? Seems to have a red head and black body, with some white fuzzies on it. Thanks!

Bristleworm, detritus eater, mainly a good inhabitant.

For sure Bristleworm. they are harmless unless you overfeed your tank. In that case they can grow bigger and become a pest

Not harmless if you touch them. Many people are mildly allergic to their bristles and get an itchy rash.

Harmless but can get real long in time. Had one about 10" long in my tank when I caught it.
