cycle question

If my cycle finishes and then i wait another 2 weeks or so after its done to fadd a fish will everything be ok or will my tank do a mini cycle if i wait

you should put the fish in a QT for at least 4 weeks...so 6 weeks at the earliest until a fish goes into the DT

I have a fish in QT right now at a friends house...i know that sounds sketchy but i trust him alot and hes been keeping salt water fish for 7 years and i go there every day and check up on it...its a clown btw

I think you'll be ok. I would wait at least 3 weeks or so before adding anything else though. Slow & methodically.

The "cycle" never finishes... it is ongoing and will adjust to the bioload of the tank. With that, I would continue to ghost feed the tank a very small pinch of flake food every other day to keep the bacteria population up.
