Need help with 90 gallon skimmer

I am starting a 90 gallon reef tank and need some more stuff still before i add water. I am stuck between two skimmers the reef octopus diablo 2500, and tia 1150. If someone could help me I would appreciate it I have been looking at skimmers for 2 weeks and finally narrowed it down to these two. Also if someone could inform me on a good pump for my return.

Out of those 2, the diablo. Return pump would be a small water blaster. Great pumps, quiet, low power usage compared to amount of flow.
