Search the forum and you'll find plenty of threads without even needing to create a new thread...
IMO, Apex wins the battle. I've had DA on previous system and sold and bought all Apex Units on new tank and have not regretted it one bit. Only complaint I have is the lack of a stable app on the Android Market as Neptune does not have an Android app....They just build for iPhone ![]()

I agree with Apex. I have both apex and reefkeeper. The apex is amazing. Not only can you tweak everything in their own specific section but you can manually override it through a whole other section. I think the limits of the apex are endless. I just wish I had the time to sit down and program as much as I could. You can get very complicated in programming or very simple.
The reefkeeper has some great abilities as well but it requires some manipulation to find and do some things. The programming is somewhat simple and it has it's limitations.

I just bought my Apex system this week using the 10% off labor day sales. As others have said there are a ton of posts outlining the pros and cons of the various systems. Depending on your needs, skills and funds the Apex may or may not be appropriate for you.
Before you buy an Apex, take some time to read the unofficial users guide. The download link is stickied at the top of the Neptune forum. It gave me a flavor if what it is capable of doing. |

Thank you, to all that responded. I read most of the material in the links provided and I believe that the Apex or Apex Lite will be for me, and again Thanks to all.
