Plastic clamps for Aqua c ev-180

Bought a used AquaC EV-180 and was going to hook up a mag 9.5 to it with rubber 1" vinyl tubing and was wondering where I could buy plastic clamps locally.
Checked at Lowes and they don't carry plastic ones just the metal ones.
On my BRS GFO & Carbon Reactor I just used one of those plastic tie straps on the MJ1200 as it does not have as much GPH going thur it.
If a plastic clamp could not be found local you think a tie strap would hold?
Also the EV-180 came with out the gate valve on it. Does anyone use theirs without the valve(some type of mod?)and where would you buy a gatevalve(Lowes just have ball valves)
THANKS

Would be interested to hear how your skimmer performs as I have the same one and have been having some issues with it losing its bubbles too soon.

I used mine without a gate valve. With the 9.5 you won't need one. You will need a ball valve to cut the 9.5 back a little.
