Last fish to add suggestions?

I have a 40g currently with about 35 pounds of rock...sump, but no refugium (rules out mandarin), skimmer, GFO, Pellets, Carbon.

The current stock are: 2 Black Ice Ora Clownfish (sale for $75/piece), 1 Midas Blenny, 1 Yasha Goby (barely see) / Pistol Shrimp , One 1" FatHead Sunburst Anthia (Solo).
Inverts: 2 Cleaner Shrimp, one serpent star, 1 Emerald, and hermits/snails.
Corals: Crocea Clam, birds nest, zoas, mushrooms, frogspawn, hammer, candy-cane and etc.

Tank has been running for 6 months.

I bought a carpenter flasher wrasse from LA, but it came DOA. With the recent addition of the Anthia, not sure if a flasher swimming around will make the Anthia comfortable (I could be wrong).

I was primarily looking for something which moves and its noticeable. Firefish from my experience are pretty stationary. Also LA said Blennies might pick on them? I looked at the Pygmy wrasse but they are pretty shy too.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Thx!

If you don't mind little, check out neon gobies (come in blue or gold). They are bright, personable, easy/hardy, reef safe, out and about - they swim the water column and perch on LR, tank bred... no down sides. Also only 1-2". And they are a cleaner, plus get along with most other gobies (I'm sure there are some exceptions).

Hmmm....Cleaner Goby could be interesting...

Considering I have the Midas, woudnt the Midas and Tail Spot fight?

I love the six line, but I heard they can be super territorial/aggressive.

The last thing I would want is a $20 fish kill my clowns...ugh...
