sand shifting goby and DSB???
do they really create a significant negative effect to a DSB?
please share your views.

They don't care where they drop the sand after sifting and the will create a home for themselves but even with that I love mine, he keeps the sand bed nice and clean...

I don't recommend one unless you have a long established tank. I had one and loved it but also had my tank setup for over a year. I have a fairly new tank (7 months) that I tried one in and it perished.

Mine eats food like the other fish too...and sifts. It is hands down my favorite inhabitant , well worth the mess.

Hated mine. Dumped sand all over my rocks and coral. They are cool in other people's tanks, IMO
