AI Controller Help

I have an AI controller for my Sol Nano. I brought it home today from work were the tank is at to update the firmware. After following their directions, I transfer the new firmware to the controller on the computer and it is giving me an error saying there is not enough space for the download to take place. After a few times of unplugging it and trying again, I keep getting the same result. Each time I plug it in, the firmware from before is on it again. I am stumped as to why it won't allow me to delete and transfer the new software. I am using a Mac, so I am not sure if that is why or any thing I may be doing wrong?

Firmware updates can only be performed on computers running Windows or Linux operating systems.

That and the instructions are to delete the old firmware first and then copy the new firmware to the drive (controller).

Hey Timothy_J...how did you resolve this problem? I am trying to perform a firmware update on my AI Sols using a WINDOWS machine and get the same message. I have deleted the file from my controller and now I am stuck! My lights will not do anything.

Can anyone provide any help? I have a support ticket but have a feeling I won't hear from them until after New Years.

Thanks in advance to anyone!
