It is the ecopico from ecoxotic... 5.5 gallons. 10x10x12. I have 5 led light strips. Hydor pico power head and small heater. Live rock and water changes will be the only filtration.

I traded my ecopico tank and modified a 10 gallon into an AIO with a side overflow... Working fantastic, I am still using the Ecoxotic Led's that came with the ecopico and the coral is really growing fast... Here is a picture of the very beginning and then a couple pics of upgraded tank...

Love your tank especially with the skeletons head, they will look better when there mostly cover with corals.
