Do stores usually take fish back?
Hello,
I have an awesome bicolor dwarf angel... Had him for about a month now. For the first 2-3 weeks he was very peaceful and friendly with the corals. Now he's beginning to nip at corals. He is totally awesome with the fish but I can't risk him destroying my corals. So my question is what's the best way to get rid of him?..... do LFS usually buy or trade fish? Thanks in advance for any advice, take care. |

My LFS usually will take the fish back and give you 1/3 of what they can sell it for or trade for something around that price. Some stores may not take it back at all or some may only take it as a donation and some may give you even more money. It really depends on your area.

Many stores will take a healthy fish back, usually in trade or trade credit... But it's totally up to them... And will probably be based on how 'good' a customer you've been!
