aquascaping question for new tank
I have a 75 gallon that we are starting up, hopefully very soon, seems like one thing after another delaying us. I would like some input on aquascaping. Can you give me your opinion on what you think works best with the rock. 2 islands with sand in-between or everything all connected or any other ideas. How high should I go with my rock? Thank you for everyone's input!

I suggest you try both and pick the one you think is better. I prefer uneven mounds with middle valley. I also like the middle valley to be diagonal (not straight from front to back) so that the two mounds look like connected when viewed from the front.

This is always a popular thread as well:

Thank you for the help. I will have to just settle with a look and stop second guessing it lol. Is there a good height I should go with?
