Issue with profilux doser.
Hi Forum.
Just wondering if anyone can resolve my issue. I recently bought a 3-pump profilux standalone dosing pump and it works great when manually dosing. Now, I have tried to use the automated schedule (to dose 2ml of alk 12 times per day) but it doesn't seem to be working. This is my intake tube to the pump: Should the intake tube be upright instead? Can't think of anything else since it works fine when doing it manually. Thanks |

you might have a bit of a leak on your dosing container where you attach the hose to the lid. make sure when you stop dosing that the fluid in the tube does not flow back into your container. If it does you may need to put some super glue where you suspect a leak. same thing happened with mine.
