Blue zoo aquatics
Hey I wanted to know if anyone has ordered from blue zoo aquatics before? Just wondering if it was good or not. Any words of advise on ordering fish online?

Blue zoo aquatics
My experience hasn't been great with them. It's 50/50 to get quality livestock that's free of problem and ready to eat.

I've ordered from them recently, and had a good experience. Ordered some fish and snails.

There is a vendor experiences forum, although you have to open up the date range pretty wide to see a range of vendors that has a wide range of experiences to go by. It can be found here: http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=8

I've ordered from BZA several times - all of their coral has arrived in good shape. I've had a few issues with some of the livestock (wrong fish sent, a DOA) but their customer service has been great and they've promptly credited my account and been very helpful with those issues. I would feel comfortable ordering from them again in the future, although I think I will be shifting more towards LA (I also have freshwater tanks and it's convenient that LA offers both fresh and saltwater species!).

Awesome! And the acclamation kit they send is such a nice touch.

Just got a delivery from them (first time) yesterday. Fish, nem, and shrimp all look great (although a touch smaller than advertized).

^ a good point if you do decide to go with BZA. I have my quarantine set-up in advance to match their lower salinity when I have fish coming in from BZA (and test and adjust once the fish have arrived). Getting shipped fish out of their bags and into the tank quickly is important - there's only a short window once you open the bags. By keeping the QT at the same salinity as the water they are shipped in I don't have to deal with trying to get the fish acclimated to my display tank's much higher salinity in a very short time.

The shipments I've gotten from them were shipped at 1.022 which is higher than LA or NYA both of which ship at 1.017-1.018.
My experience has been good. Have a beautiful Lineatus wrasse in week 7 of QT and no problems.

Also have good experiences going with BlueZoo Aquatics. I had previously ordered some fairly difficult fishes, i.e. Ventralis Anthias and Dwarf Golden Angels with success. Their free acclimation care package is a plus..

I'd go LA as well. Had several problems with BlueZoo. I don't recommend them.
