Eerie/Weird Substance in New Tank (with pics)
Last night I added new live sand and ro/di water to my new 29G reef tank. I came home from work today and noticed this very weird substance all over the tank. My protein skimmer and powerhead has not been on since I wanted the sand to settle. I have no idea what this is. Any ideas and what I should do?
Thanks http://i112.photobucket.com/albums/n...ps59f6794b.jpg http://i112.photobucket.com/albums/n...ps7aba0f00.jpg |

bacterial bloom. it should reseolve itself with time. once their foodsource is depleted so will the bloom.
