Question powerhead advice for small reef tank

Hi guys I need a bit of advice, I have a 125l cube tank and need a powerhead which is quiet and not overly powerful. I've been using a tunze 6015 but added my first anemones today and the flow is too strong and ripping them off every rock they try to hold onto. I tried it in all kinds of positions and it was just too much flow no matter where it was.

The tunze are great as I have had a 6015 and 6025 but they are just too powerful. I have been using a koralia behind my rocks to just shift the muck and I am now using it in place of my main powerhead but its not powerful enough, is quiet though.

I will be positioning it at the back top right hand corner of the tank. I am looking at the koralia 1600 but not sure what it is like and don't want to buy another powerhead I cant use that will just end up in storage.

So any ideas what I could anyone?

Thanks.

Koralia Nano 240 are good, or if you need smaller you can get a small Rio pump.

I'm in the UK so I think the equivalent to that available to me is the koralia 1600 just I don't know if that will be too powerful as well as its near on the same specs as my tunze 6015.
