Help with radion gen 3 pro

Got a xr15w pro a few days ago and can't find many gen 3 pro schedules to follow and the presets seem to crank all channels way up. Right now in running radiant tweaked a little. But I'm looking for people who have good results on their schedules for a mixed reef.

I'm running 2 radion gen 2s. For me I adjusted the intensity to 50% since I have a shallow tank (18 tall)

I run them from 1130 am to 830pm on the high growth setting

There's an acclimation function/setting on ecosmart live you can use.

I used radiant with an acclimation period of 3 weeks, starting at 25% and ending at 60. I only have a hammer and a gsp right now, but both are doing great.

Yea my graph runs acclimation period of 4 weeks starting at 65% ending at 85%. But theirs a long period of deep blue which does make everything pop, but I'm sure it's not the ideal spectrum for growth and coloring up. I'm thinking maybe of making a new schedule starting with a 1.5 hour 20k, 1.5 hour 16k, 1.5 hour 14k, 3 hour 12k, then back down in reverse

It sounds like Radiant Color (combined with the Acclimation Feature) is a great place to start. That particular graph at 100% intensity only actually uses about 75% of the lights total output, so even running Radiant Color at 100% is much less PAR at the peak in comparison to something like High Growth.

Keep in mind that it's always best to start with a lower intensity and gradually ramp up over time as your livestock requires it.

PS- Be sure to pop into our Sponsor Forum and have a look around; there's tons of threads where Radion users discuss different graphs and spectrums used.
