Got a Goby
So, I bought a little diamond goby last week and he's been keeping me very entertained for the past few days.
His name is Steve (yes, very creative)... his hobbies include building forts and digging holes. His favorite song is Sandstorm. Seriously, though, is it normal behavior for a goby to just randomly dig holes all the way to the glass away from rocks? I get that they like to dig out tunnels under rocks but Steve seems to be having the time of his life right now in a hole right out in the middle of my tank. |

perfectly normal. You can buy Steve a pistol shrimp so they both work together..
is his favorite song by Darude? haha

I think one thing that a lot of ppl should realize is that fish and any animal species are the same as humans even tho we do common things doesn't mean we do it all the same, you don't change a light bulb the same as your neighbor? Well Steve digs away from the rocks lol I say just enjoy watching your little guy through your own private window into his world, I with my goby would dig to the glass I think it would be cool to see into his tunnel, if you think about it it's kinda like those any farms kids had
