ID please

Ok I just got a colony of zoas and the zoas were on a rock that were glued onto a plug so I took the rock off the plug and as I was picking off the glue I saw this little guy
And I thought it was a glass anemone so I pulled it off quick and I think I might have hurt it a little bit but what I really want to know is what is it and is it reef safe? Sorry if the pic isn't the eat quality

A great addition to your CUC. Between my 2 systems, there are certainly thousands of them.
