I think it's a zoo and the other thing maybe a starfish?

The picture isn't clear enough for me to ID. I see what could be a mushroom, zoa or even a majano anemone, I just can't tell from the photo. I have no idea where to look mfor the starfish.

the first picture top of rock the banded thing. I have a couple of these in the rock 2 arms coming out banded. Red and white

+1 to majano. a horrible pest. you won't find a lone zoa like that.
