Tank cycling

I am upgrading from my 29 gallon BioCube to a 110 gallon (both reef tanks.) How long does everyone suggest to cycle the tank? I will be using all live sand, live rick, and some (maybe 20 gallons?) of live water. The packages of sand and water both say it is safe to add fish right of way, but I want opinions. With my 29 gallon I waited a week, as all parameters were stable and still continue to be 100% stable. I never had a nitrite, nitrate, or even ammonia spikes and all inhabitants have remained healthy.
