what does coral warfare look like..maybe i have it..

Ok so this tank has been up for over a year, never really had an issue with my 90 gallon rimless tank with 30 gallon sump refugium. So started to get a little GHA so changed my GFO material and carbon (dual reactor) Come home today and I know what a leather looks like when it sheds but the tank looks like snot EVERY dang where...micro algae has it in sump, alot, skimmer going nuts (cup filed with foam. Have trumphets, toadstool, duncans GSP and leathers. Did a WC couple days ago like normal, here are my levels

ammonia 0
nitrite 0
nitrate 3
alk 11.5
mg 1480
ca 470
phosphate .05 normally just a trace..so this is high, not sure why this is after I changed my media.

any ideas.......

should add I removed a large sailfin tang about week ago and added the duncans..

i normally do 20% WC 10 days or so put I did a couple this week small ones to get nitrates down alittle. Could this be dino... its clear milky looking.
