Reef Octopus Diablo DC3500

I found a Reef Octopus Diablo DC3500 that is cheaply priced. I'm looking for some good information and reviews on this pump. Hopefully someone here could please share their experience with these or could please point me in the right direction.

1 - Is there really that much of a difference between the Reef Octopus Diablo 2 - DC3500 and Jebao DC3000?
3 - Is the quality the same?
4 - Does the Diablo last longer?
5 - Is the Diablo DC 3500 enough flow for a 75g?
6 - Does the Diablo whine on setting 6/6, like the Jebao?
