HELP is this coral bleachingggg???????????
Help can anyone tell me what is going on with this coral..all parameters are good and this is the only coral doing this.. the body is white but you can still see the polyps but the tips all have color still ..sorry i couldn't put a picture but it wouldn't upload...
Like I said the body is white but you can still see the polyps and all the tips still have color..it's still a smaller size frag.....now about a week ago all the tips did turn white but then they came back to color and actually grew some...so I don't know if that is what is happening now. Thanks in advance |

Please tell us more about your tank, how long has it been set up, what lighting do you use and lighting durations and please list your water parameters, "all parameters are good" does not give us the information we need to assist you.

It's been up for over 2 years and the reason I didn't go into a lengthy explanation of all the info about the tank is because people like to argue on here and tell people they are doing the right thing and I don't need that I just want to know about the coral. I am new to the coral..which is a Bird of Paradise.

The answer to your question is 'Maybe.' We don't have enough information. We have no pic.

Try to place it lower starting from the sand bed and see if the color is back. If not,it might be something else.

Ok the alk is fine and I was able to get pictures on my profile album on here. So if you click on my username and go to the pictures they should be on there under "coral help"..And also about a week ago the tips did the same thing and without moving it, it came back just fine and actually grew some. So I just don't know what it is doing. Thank you againnn

I think its dying. How about temperature? I lost a coral this year because my heater failed and the water had a sudden drop when the snow came.
