Is this normal? Pics attached

This started about two days ago and I am wondering is this normal and what is it? It is a rust colored coating that is on my sand and some of the live rock. I just started this tank and it is going on its 8th week now. Thanks for any help and suggestions on what to do next.

Cyano.. (cyanobacteria) (or diatoms.. pics are fuzzy) but its a normal part of the cycle for a new tank.. as well as other "algae issues"
Will go away with time... Manual removal helps (vacuum/siphon it out during water changes)

Looks more like cyano to me. Ensure your nutrient levels are in check and manually remove it also.

OK Just wondered the flow will sometimes take care of it. Looks like you are moving along nicely, so far.
