Trouble with diy led lights

I have an Ati Powermodule. I have four t5s running on it. In the center I put blue and white leds on separate Dimmable Meanwell drivers. Blues work and dim fine. Whites sometimes flash when they first start. I have adjusted he profile for the VDM module but it does not make a difference. Only four yellow leds light up. The white leds have a slight glow but do not fire at all and out put out any light. Does this sound like a bad connection with the heatsink or do I need to adjust somethjng on the driver?
