Lumens-human perception

Hi,

if a company of reef lighting for a specific product presents info like:

Color temp for white : 12000K
Wavelength for blue : 450-465nm
Lumens : 450lm

I am wondering:
1. lumens are ok to be presented for white, human visible light,
as it gives us perception of how lit something is ?
2. adding more white LED lights = sums their lumens ?
3. as for deep blue or royal blue, this spectrum is hardly visible to human
eye, but is mostly used by corals. So, no lumens here? Only mW ?

Ultimately, my questions arise from:
here and there I found some PAR needs data for different corals.
Are we able to transform these lumens and/or mW's to rough approximation
of how much PAR will the lighting provide?
